WatchFactory.com/.net is a storefront of F ROSS LLC, an online retailer of branded watches and eyewear. Our family business started in 1988 as a service and repair facility for watches produced by our affiliated wholesale division. In 1999, we launched a web based retail store. We take pride in servicing our customers and providing a great value!
WatchFactory only sells first quality new and perfect merchandise--no refurbs. Nor do we sell "nick-and-dent" merchandise (as is known in the trade). All watches are covered by a 1, 2 or 3 year warranty. We offer our own warranties on some items, as well as those issued by distributors and original manufacturers such as Seiko, Citizen, and Bulova. Please see specific item details for warranty information.
If you wish to read a specific warranty before purchasing, we would be happy to e-mail you a pdf or jpg copy (please specify). E-mail your request to Watchfactory customer service (Manager@watchfactory.com). Be sure to include the item name and number.
Please note that although very rare and in spite of our best efforts, pricing errors may occur occasionally. In such a circumstance, we will contact you prior to shipping for cancellation instructions. Also, in rare instances, we may notice a Q/C problem with your item before it ships. If it is the last one of its type, we will contact you for instructions. Generally, your charge is not finalized until we confirm that item has shipped. About once per year we have to refund (credit) a charge already placed because the item fails to ship. While thesee events are quite rare, we reserve the right to issue a full refund, including tax/shipping, if we are ultimately unable to ship the item you ordered.
